Terms of service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. The service

Dexrux is a software service that turns news items you provide into draft posts for the platforms and languages you select, lets your team review them, and publishes approved posts to the accounts you connect. These terms apply to every company and person using Dexrux.

2. Accounts

You need a verified e-mail address to open a workspace. You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping login details private, and for everything done through your workspace.

3. Plans, trial and payment

The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a card. Paid plans are billed in euros at the prices shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe. Limits on platforms, posts and team seats depend on your plan.

4. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time by contacting support. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Your content

The news sources, brand profile, instructions and posts in your workspace belong to you. You give Dexrux permission to process them only as needed to run the service for you.

6. AI-written drafts

Drafts are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Review them before they are published. You decide what goes out, and you are responsible for the content published to your accounts.

7. Connected platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms such as Telegram, X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, WordPress and WhatsApp Business. Their own rules apply to your accounts, and changes on their side can affect what Dexrux can do.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Dexrux to publish unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
  • Do not publish content you have no right to use.
  • Do not try to access another company's workspace or to disrupt the service.

9. Availability

We work to keep Dexrux available and reliable, but the service is provided as it is and we do not promise that it will be free of interruptions or errors.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dexrux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Ending the agreement

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, its workspace is switched off and its data is removed as described in the Privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell workspace owners by e-mail before it takes effect.
