What this covers
This policy explains what information Dexrux collects when you visit this website or use the service, why, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, work e-mail address and company name.
- Workspace content: your brand profile, writing instructions, news sources, drafts and published posts.
- Connections: access tokens for the platforms you connect. These are stored encrypted.
- Activity: a log of actions taken in your workspace, such as edits and approvals.
- Messages: what you send us through the sign-up and support forms.
How we use it
- To create and run your workspace and publish the posts you approve.
- To verify your e-mail address and send login details and service messages.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure and working properly.
Where your data lives
Each company's workspace data is kept in its own isolated database, separate from every other customer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service: hosting, e-mail delivery, the AI models that write your drafts, and the platforms you choose to publish to. Each receives only what it needs for that task.
How long we keep it
We keep workspace data while your account is active. When an account is closed, its data is deleted, except for records we are required by law to retain.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to how it is used. If you are in the European Union, these rights are set out in the GDPR, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
